In 2010 KASAL Engineering Services Limited was awarded a project by Southern Gas Constructors for the modification of Steam and Condensate Manifold.
The project entailed fabrication and welding works on already fabricated Steam and Condensate Manifold.
For this project, KASAL Engineering Services Limited solely and without any external aid formulated and qualified Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) that were approved for the production welds.
During the execution of the project Kasal Engineering Services Limited surpassed all targets in terms of Safety, Quality and Production Rate for there was no Lost Time Injury recorded, no recorded Non-conformance, no major repairs in the fabrication and welding works, and the project was completed Four (4) Months before the approved work schedule date.
Again in 2010 KASAL Engineering Services Limited was awarded a project by Southern Gas Constructors for the blasting, painting & coating of spools and valves.
The project entailed blasting, painting & coating of spools and valves.
During the execution of the project Kasal Engineering Services Limited surpassed all targets in terms of Safety, Quality and Production Rate for there was no Lost Time Injury recorded, no recorded Non-conformance and the project was completed successfully.

In 2015 Kasal Engineering Services Limited was awarded a project by Saipem Contracting Nig. Ltd. The SSAGS Project is one of the flagship capital Projects within the Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria projects portfolio.
The Project which evolved from the Southern Swamp Integrated Oil & Gas Gathering Project (SSIOGGP) was initiated in October 1999 with a mandate for further oil development and ending routine flaring at the flow stations.
The Southern Swamp area comprises 10 fully appraised fields, 10 partially appraised fields (PAFs) and 4 un-appraised developments (UADs) with Scope for Recovery (SFR) volumes in the order of 858MMboe. The fields are situated in OMLs 35 and 46 in the coastal swamp area, 65km South of Warri.
All existing production in the area is gathered into a total of four flow stations located at Tunu, Ogbotobo, Benisede and Opukushi. The produced oil in the area is evacuated via the Trans Ramos pipeline to the Forcados Terminal whilst the associated gas is currently flared.
Kasal Engineering Services Limited solely handled all the below scope of work using steel grade S275JR for the project.
Generation of Fabrication Drawings of Tunu Booster Shelters and Pipe Racks of approximately 180 MT Weight (Part Drawings, Assembly Drawings, MTO, Quantity Summary Table) using Tekla Software.
- Procurement of Steel Materials from overseas. All materials are S275JR grades.
- Shipment of procured materials to Nigeria
- Custom Clearance of all materials
- Transportation to Kasal fabrication facility in Warri

Qualification of New Welding Procedure using the project material grade (S275JR) as base metal according to AWS D1.1.
Qualification of New Painting System

In 2017 Saidel Limited awarded the Southern Swamp Sales Gas Evacuation Pipeline (SSSGEP) Project to Kasal Engineering Services Limited.
The project scope includes all works necessary for arising out of and incidental to the Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning of 16” x 34km Southern Swamp Sales Gas Evacuation Pipeline from the Tunu Central Processing Facility (CPF) in Ekeremou Local Government Area of Bayelsa State to the EA Riser Platform – A (EARP-A) Offshore Nigeria. This Pipeline provides the only evacuation route for processed Gas from Tunu CPF in order to meet COMPANY's domestic gas supply and flares down obligations on the Southern Swamp Associated Gas Solutions (SSAGS+) Projects.
In 2018, Marine Platforms Limited (MPL) awarded the Meji Flexible Pipe (MFP) Project to Kasal Engineering Services Limited. The Meji Flexible Pipe project involves Fabrication of Meji Topside Hang-off Clamps and Meji Subsea Static Clamps.
Meji field is a large northwest-southeast trending anticlinal closure on the down thrown side of the main Meji structure building fault. The field encompasses about 9,000 acres of oil and gas reservoirs extending from 2,800 feet subsea to the total depth of the deepest well at 14,900feet subsea. It is located offshore 20 Km southeast of the Escravos River and 10 Km southeast of the Okan field.
In 2018 Deltatek Engineering Limited awarded the Escravos Export System Project (EESP) to Kasal Engineering Services Limited. The scope of EESP project include Procurement, Fabrication, Pressure Testing, NDT, Blasting and Paint of 25 Nos DP Buoy and Procurement, Fabrication, NDT, Blasting and Painting of 30 Nos. Clamps.
The Offshore section of the Escravos Export System Project (EESP) of Chevron Nigeria Limited was awarded to the consortium of DeltaTek Engineering and FENOG Nigeria Limited. DeltaTek Contractor intends to mobilize for the field execution of the project scope therefore would require FABRICATION OF DP BUOY AND CLAMPS from specialist vendor.
